The landowner is proposing to subdivide Farm 1065-1 into 28 erven. Of these erven, 16 would be rezoned as Commercial, 9 would be rezoned as Agri-Business and 3 would be rezoned as Public Open Space. The 16 Commercial erven would be located adjacent to Bloembosch Road and Reygersdal Drive, while the 9 Agri-business erven would be located in the southern section of the property.
