Enviro Dinamik is committed to the upholding of environmental and
planning legislation, policy, regulations and requirements and is familiar with all the divergent requirements pertaining to the environment, the regulations in terms of Sections 21 and 26 of the Environment Conservation Act,
1989 (Act 73 of 1989) as contained in Government Notices R.1182, R.1183 & R.1184, published in the Government Gazette No.18261 of 05 September 1997 (as amended), as well as the Environment Impact Assessment Regulations
in terms of Chapter 5 of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act 107 of 1998) in terms of Government Notices R.385, R.386 & R.387 of 21 April 2006.
Enviro Dinamik has the capacity to undertake diverse projects and to successfully complete them within the programmed budget and time frames, and has provided consultancy services in a range of projects throughout the Northern , Southern and Western Cape Provinces. These services include:
- Tourism, resort & golf developments
- Agricultural activities
- Residential developments
- Social developments
- Services management including roads, water and sewage infrastructure
The projects listed below give a brief overview of the experience vested in Enviro Dinamik, namely:
INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PROCESSES (IEM),
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENTS (EIA) AND REPORTS
2001 to date:
- Robben Island Museum Aerodrome Upgrading - investigation of possible upgrading of airstrips to establish an aerodrome for fixed and rotor wing aircraft as means of transporting visitors.
- Extension and development of Zweletemba Township (Worcester) abutting the Hex River including river flood mitigation works.
- Optimisation of existing Radnor Compost Facility, Parow, and establishment of a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), a Refuse Transfer Station (RTS) and a Composting Facility - i.e. an Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF).
- Mfuleni flood relief housing project.
- Extension of the Khayelitsha Railway Line, Cape Town.
- Rezoning and construction of an incinerator at Swartklip Products, Khayelitsha.
- Development and upgrading of various service stations, convenience stores and car wash facilities.
- Construction of a pipeline from the Potsdam Waste Water Treatment Works (WWTW) to a reservoir, Durbanville.
- Assistance in the development of subsidy-housing for various Municipalities in the Western Cape Region and ASLA Devco (Pty) Ltd, including Hessequa Municipality, Cape Aghulas Municipality, Matzikama Municipality, Breed Valley Municipality, etc.
- Development of emergency housing in Middlepos, Saldanha Bay.
- Various residential developments along the West Coast incl. Langebaan, Jacobsbaai, St Helena Bay and Dwarskersbos.
- Relocation of a golf course and development of tourist facilities and residential accommodation at Clanwilliam Dam, Clanwilliam.
- Development of various chicken farms and upgrading of abattoirs in the Western Cape region.
- Establishment of a game farm and residential accommodation near Upington, Northern Cape.
- Construction of a potable water pipeline from Veldrif to Dwarskersbos, West Coast.
- Upgrade the Waste Water Treatment Works in Vanrhynsdorp.
- Low-cost housing development in Swellendam.
- Applications for equestrian Estate in the West Coast and Boland areas.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLANS (EMP) & ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL OFFICERS (ECO)

- Most of the above listed IEM and EIA projects involve EMP and ECO work upon authorisation from PG:WC, DEA&DP.
- Soil erosion as a result of wild-fires in the Cape Peninsula Mountains.
- Establishment of Takbok 4x4 trail and training ground in the Drakenstein.
- Zweletemba Township extension, Worcester.
- Mfuleni flood relief housing project.
