FULL-TIME SPECIALIST PERSONNEL:

Bianca Gilfillan joined Enviro Dinamik in February 2003 after obtaining her ND in Environmental Management and BTech: Environmental Management qualification at the Cape Technikon. She is a majority shareholder in the company and a director and is currently registered as a M.Sc. (Environmental Management) student at the UWC with a study subsidy from the company. Bianca obtained her practical training at the National Ports Authority, Cape Town, where she assisted in the preparation of ISO 14001 management programs for all NPA facilities in the Western Cape. Bianca's field of specialisation is the preparation and management of environmental applications and programs as well as the facilitation of consultation processes.

Chantel Müller joined the company in a permanent position during September 2008. She obtained her qualification in Social Dynamics in 2004 at the University of Stellenbosch and completed her MPhil in Environmental Management at the University of Stellenbosch in 2008. Chantel's fields of specialisation include landscape design, knowledge of vegetation of the Western Cape as well as the preparation and management of environmental applications.

SUPPORT PERSONNEL:

Enviro Dinamik makes use of a highly experienced in-house support staff, including administrative and financial staff, GIS / CAD operators and researchers, and has built up a strong contact base with a number of specialist sub-consultants which assist in specialist studies, research and impact assessments.
